Shipping and Deliveries


We strive to provide our customers with great value and service. That is why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in USA, UK, CA and AU using USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or Ascendia. 


Production and shipping time varies by product and location. Please note that these are estimates numbers only.

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


The Sixth Project is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility on the original order that was made for you at no charge. 


We are not responsible of any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may be charged any custom fees if applicable when they arrive in your country. 




    We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

    To make a replacement order, we will need the following:

    1. Customer's name and email.
    2. The order number
    3. Picture of wrong/ damaged item.
    4. Changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc

    Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

    We do not issue the refund if:

    • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

    *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
